and relates these critical ideas to key sustainability trends. Through references
to specific provisions of the emerging ISO 9004 standard, students will learn practical

Online training materials include a comprehensive workbook, assignments, mini-tests,
links and references. Access to the online training materials is provided after
registration but no earlier than two weeks in advance of the subsequent virtual sessions.

Electronic files with a summary of online training materials in Adobe Acrobat format
can be provided upon request.

Virtual Sessions
|
|
The training course includes five virtual sessions. Each virtual session will
be held over the internet; there is no requirement for travel. Presentation material
will be broadcast over the internet and participants will be able to hear the audio
by listening through their computer speakers or computer headphones (at no cost),
or by dialing a caller-paid conference call number.
|
|
To accommodate the various time zones around the world, there will be three separate
presentations. Each presentation will be identical except for the participants.
During the presentation, participants will be able to ask questions and/or provide
comments. The presentation will be recorded and the participants will have access
to it through the clients’ link on the QPRC web-site.

of all five sessions after the completion of the last session. Ongoing mini-tests

Certificates
|
|
Certificates of Completion will be awarded only to those who attend the entire course.
It includes participation in all five modules and completion of all assignments.
Certificates of Attendance can be issued upon request to those participants who
have attended individual sessions, but couldn’t participate in all five of them.

The entire course includes five training sessions at a cost of $US 400.00.The
cost of each individual session is $US 97.00.
This training is also available in the form of e-learning (not instructor-led) at
