Natalia Scriabina is QPRC’s Managing Director responsible for overseeing the portfolio
of training courses and strategic partnerships.

Previously, Natalia was co-founder and Managing Director of the Quality Academy.
Natalia directed the development of more than thirty best-selling training courses
and grew the Quality Academy into a profitable enterprise. Natalia has over twelve
years of experience in QMS (quality management systems) training, consulting and
auditing. Natalia authored and co-authored a number of publications on quality management
and related topics including the "Quality Management Basics" student book.

Natalia is an IRCA certified Lead Auditor. She has a Masters in Engineering Science
from the National Technical University of Ukraine (NTUU “KPI”). Natalia was pursuing
her Ph.D. in Management and Marketing at NTUU when she co-founded the Quality Academy.
