Registration 1. Register for the class or classes you want and pay registration fees using one of our payment options. (Note: all fees are payable in USD.) You will receive a link to our online courses web page, your log in name and password by email no later than 5 days prior to the course start. 2. Log in to our online courses web page and go through the orientation for each course you wish to take. Completing orientation will actually place your name on the class roster for approved access to classes and lessons. 3. On the start date of class, you may access your first lesson from the designated online class website. Class help is available from a searchable database of FAQ's and instructor responses; students are also given access to a class online discussion area for interaction with students and instructors. 4. Registration deadline for all online classes is 6 days prior to the start date of the class. Access to the class website is limited to 8 days after the end date of the class.

Refund Policy On the regular basis requests for refunds for and online class must be made at least five working days prior to the class start. Requests for refunds for an online class must be made at least five working days prior to the expiration of this period. No refunds will be issued on requests received after that date.
