Interviewing Skills Evaluation and Development This questionnaire is a part of the Interviewing Skills Evaluation and Development Program. It should take no longer than 20 minutes of your time. The questionnaire focuses on three essential parts of interviewing:   Preparation   Listening and Observing   Acting Test results will help you to evaluate your interviewing skills, abilities to listen, observe, and manage the flow of the interview. The program evaluation is conducted by leading experts in Journalism and Communication:   Joel Brinkley Professor in the Department of Communication at Stanford University with a 35-year as a reporter and correspondent.    Kim Kierans Professor and the Director of the School of Journalism at the University of King's College in Halifax   Romayne Smith Fullerton, Ph.D. Professor of Journalism, Faculty of Information & Media Studies, University of Western Ontario The program is overseen by Natalia Scriabina, an IRCA certified Lead Auditor with many years of experience in training, consulting and auditing, a frequent speaker and author of a number of publications on auditing.
