The main purpose of this training course is to guide consultants, auditors, process
and business leaders through best practices in managing innovation as a process.
The material of this training course is structured around four major elements of
innovation process: inputs, outputs, controls, and activities. Each of these elements
is explained using case studies, tests and practical examples. The course material
helps participants choose innovation best practices applicable to the businesses
which with they are concerned, and apply these practices to enhance consistency,
reliability, and effectiveness of innovation activities. Integration of these practices
into an overall management system is explained as well. This course also explores
interrelations between innovation, invention and improvement.
